File Upload
If you have difficulty uploading a file you may have to manually add a period and the three letter file extension to the file name.

For example:

Microsoft Word file looks like this:  My File Name.doc
A Word perfect file looks like this: My File Name.wpd
A Power Point document looks like this: My File Name.ppt

CD ROM Content
When identifying the CD-ROM drive, you must put backslash </> then
the volume name in lower case. The volume name may differ from one CD to the next.  An example of a volume name is <jsl-mc>
